20-year free warranty
When installing in new houses, buildings, hotels, factories, etc., we offer a 20-year free warranty on quality and product lifespan.
Existing houses, buildings are provided with a warranty of 7 to 10 years, depending on the results of pipe condition and water quality tests conducted prior to installation. This limited liability only pertains to the function and condition of RS Shield™ and does not extend to any other factors unrelated to RS Shield™ .
We also offer annual service visits to check water quality and pipe condition.
Pre-installation
1.Water Quality Assessment: Evaluate the water quality to determine if any pre-treatment is necessary.
2. Water Pressure Check: Ensure the water pressure is within the system’s operating range.
3. Space and Location: Confirm there is adequate space and a suitable location for installation.
4. Drainage: Ensure proper drainage is available for the system.
5. Access: Ensure there is easy access for maintenance and service.
6. Regulatory Compliance: Check local regulations and codes for compliance.
7. Customer Consultation: Discuss the installation process and any specific requirements with the customer.
8. Safety: Ensure all safety measures are in place for the installation process.
